Job Responsibilities: 1. Manage customer orders to ensure the accuracy of order information. 2. Provide high-quality customer service, answering inquiries and resolving issues. 3. Place orders and track their status until delivery is completed. 4. Operate internal company systems for data entry and updates.
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or above. 2. At least 2 years of relevant work experience. 3. Fluent in Cantonese as it is required for daily work communication. 4. Proficient in written English and able to conduct basic verbal communication. 5. With good cross-departmental communication skills, able to handle process optimization and project management, etc.
