As an OPM, you will work closely with CM and cross functional teams to ensure the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple projects within the organization. Responsibilities will require strategic thinking and commercial management acumen when delivering your specific contract scopes. Candidate must also have a strong foundation in project management disciplines (cost, schedule, risk, quality, etc.). Responsibilities: 1. Manage all aspects of the project including scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, resources, communications, and stakeholders. 2. Coordinate with CM to make sure project activities and tasks are completed according to schedule and quality standards during the NPI and MP stage. 3. Monitor project progress and performance against key metrics, identifying and addressing any issues or delays, and driving to solve issues with cross-functional teams. 4. Review CTB with CM and Supply Chain team to ensure adequate supply of components and finished goods. 5. Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production processes and timely delivery of products. 6. Follow up on testing and validation activities. 7. Hold regular meetings to keep track of all technical, quality, cost control, resource integration, and allocation issues. 8. Provide timely project management summary reports to management such as project progress, budget control, resource allocation, problem shooting, etc. 9. Seek opportunities and implement continuous improvements to enhance project performance. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, engineering or a related field. 2. Proven experience (usually 5+ years) in project management. Preference for the consumer electronics industry. 3. Strong understanding of product development, manufacturing processes, and supply chain management. 4. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in project management tools and software. 6. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. 7. Certification in project management (such as PMP, PRINCE2)is often preferred. 8. Languages- Proficiency in English.
