Responsibilities:
1. Achieves organizational goals by defining, integrating, and upgrading a comprehensive architecture to support applications, platforms, and databases.
2. Achieves ecommerce information architecture operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans, implementing production and quality standards, resolving problems, identifying trends, determining system improvements, and implementing change.
3. Following company standard to complete the assigned tasks such as implementing, managing software programs and testing and evaluation etc…
4. Writing and implementing efficient code and determining operational practicality
5. Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications
6. Good skills being developed and able to contribute to success of team and product goals
7. Following the Standard Operation Procedure in a customer or office environment to complete all assigned tasks with a safe and secure approach and complying with customers’ and company information security policies and requirements
8. Product or solution evaluation


Qualification or Experience:
1. Diploma or higher in Information Technology or relevant field is preferred
2. Proven work experience as a Database Administrator or MongoDB support
3. Knowledge and experience to deploy Linux, Windows platform or virtualization
4. Solid experience and good knowledge and experience of MongoDB Architecture and Deployment
5. Knowledge of Helpdesk or Database Troubleshooting
6. Knowledge of other databases such as MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL, etc.
7. Knowledge of RPA (Optional)
8. 2-5 years relevant working experience.
9. Good team player and communication skills
10. Good planning and analytical skills with attitude
11. Command of spoken and written English
