Job Description 1. Develops and implements logistics plans that may affect the production, distribution, and inventory of finished products in order to enhance product flow. Work closely with both suppliers, BUs, forwarders and Logistics team to make sure shipment arrangement on time and comply with the needs of Company. 2. Monitor the order delivery status and find out the reasons on shipment delay, work out better solution for shipments urgently. 3. Follow company SOP and monitor the cost of air shipment and find out the best option provided to logistic & purchasing buyers. 4. Supporting on daily administration affairs, products and samples delivery. 5. Support sourcing team on the daily files and documents preparation. 6. Work closely with oversea Logistic team on Asia shipment arrangement and implement of the logistic strategy of Cooperation, monitor daily shipments from suppliers to make sure shipment arrangement under control to achieve on time delivery. 7. Coordinate with purchasing, logistic & forwarder to minimize bookings backlog in Asia. 8. Coordinate in the logistic affairs among BUs, suppliers and the third-party logistics company, make sure the products requested by BUs shipped according to the needs of BU. 9. Support with BU and suppliers for drop shipments if necessary. 10. Provide guidance to suppliers on logistic affairs. 11. Review CEK monthly delay with suppliers and project engineers, provide pre-alert to purchasing. 12. Work with local forwarder offices closely to ensure container booked at least 2 weeks in advance. 13. Products, samples and documents delivery supporting. Qualifications 1. 3 years of logistics work experience, international trade background is preferred. 2. Good interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Good vendor management capabilities and able to work with service providers through partnership. 4. Self-motivated, hardworking, good interpersonal skills. 5. Good English skills is a must & strong knowledge of MS Office preferred. 6. Previous exposures in MNC are preferred. 7. A team player.
