RESPONSIBILITIES：
1.Development and enforcement of laboratory safety protocols.
2.Provide laboratory safety training to lab technicians and students for FIE.
3.Assist FIE in conducting safety inspections, risk assessments, and safety hazard rectification for the laboratories located in Macao and Hengqin.
4.Supervise the procurement, use, storage, and disposal of chemicals for the FIE laboratories.
5.Supervise the safety of water, electricity, and gas usage in the FIE laboratories.
6.Provide strategic consultancy on laboratory spaces and research equipment.
REQUIREDMENTS：
1.Master’s degree or above in a relevant scientific field such as Chemistry, Materials Science, Biology, Physics, or Engineering.
2.4+ years of working experience in the laboratory, including 2+ years of experience in managing research laboratories, preferably in an academic or industrial research sector.
3.Candidates holding certificate(s) related to laboratory safety will be given priority consideration.
4.Proven ability to implement safety and regulatory compliance procedures for laboratory operations.
5.Understand the lab safety regulations in Mainland China, particularly Hengqin, and Macao.
6.Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
7.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with university, faculty and administrative staff, researchers, and students.
8.Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is required; proficiency in English is preferred but not essential.
