RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete monthly depreciation run and ensure depreciation calculated accurately in accordance with PRC and US GAAPs requirements
- Review and monitor Capital projects implement status
- Perform monthly capital project costs settlement in SAP
- Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system accurately
- Monitor fixed asset acquisition and disposition transactions in compliance with corporate policies and guidelines
- Track company expenditures for fixed assets in comparison to the capital budget and management authorizations
- Reconcile the balances of fixed assets register to summary-level accounts in General ledger for Finance Manager to review
- Prepare general ledger journal entries in the areas of fixed assets when required.
- Prepare various fixed assets related monthly and yearly reporting for Finance Manager to review
- Perform fixed assets physical counting
- Assist auditors in fixed assets related enquiries
- Handle all intercompany transactions processing and reconciliations.
- Prepare IC rebilling calculations and rebilling
- Wireless transfer request，invoice matching, Journals posting and filling for intercompany transactions
- Monthly cash forecast for IC transactions
- Prepare IC GR&IR aging report and follow up
- IC documents checking and payment preparation
- Prepare monthly balance sheet accounts reconciliation
- Expense booking and reviews to make sure the completeness and timeliness of expenses in the right period
- Ensure the integrity & accuracy of financial reporting package submission within group deadline.
- Support process improvement within finance team
- Assist internal & external audit.
- Monthly and quarterly/Yearly reports required by Statistical bureau.
- Other ad-hoc matters upon request

REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business administration
- CPA/ACCA/ACA/CMA or other similar certification holder preferred
- SAP Experience is preferred
- Proficiency in office tools such as Microsoft Excel
- Good commend of English – written and oral
- Strong interpersonal skill
- Analytical skill
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Accounting/Finance
- Experience in month and year-end closing.
- Experience in Fix assets accounting.
