1. participate in the establishment of compliance system of the company, improve the risk control management system of the company;
2. be responsible for the legal review of regulations, systems and other important documents of the company and make suggestions for improvement;
3. keep track of changes on national laws and regulations, industry standards and supervision requirements, make sure the business of the company is of compliance;
4. undertake investigations and review for risky matters of the company, compose investigation reports, make analysis and suggestions by each matter;
5. undertake routine compliance review to business departments and compliance assessment on external business;
6. organize the compliance training and offer compliance consultation to the company.
Job requirements:
1. a full-time bachelor or master degree of law or related majors;
2. more than 2-year experience in compliance management, audit supervision, disciplinary inspection and supervision in large enterprises and institutions is preferred;
3. solid communication and writing skill in English;
4. capability to independently draft work plans and documents, with solid writing skills and experience in drafting documents.
