1. Hardware &software installation: Configure and set-up new client hardware (computers, printers, scanners & fax machines) according to company IT regulations and requirements from users’ departments 2. Trouble shooting for hardware ,software and network: Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve basic office software ,hardware and network problems to make sure they can work smoothly 3. Maintenance & repair of hardware: Provide 1st level support to the hardware & Software maintenance and coordinate the maintenance & repair of client hardware with the suppliers in case the problem cannot be solved internally to make sure they serve production with good condition. 4.Hardware inventory management: Hardware inventory maintenance and to make sure the inventory is sufficient and clean. 5. Network implementation and maintenance. Familiar with the company's network infrastructure, and cooperate with network administrators to implement and maintain network projects. 6. User key management : Manage user accounts and email addresses according to user requirement.
