Qualification/资质要求：
61 CET-6 or above, demonstrate an ability to express technical matters adequately in English, both orally and in writing
61 Bachelor degree (Master is a plus) in electronic engineering or related disciplines
61 Minimum of 4 years in a relevant job as a design and/or sustaining electronics engineer in micro-processor based architecture (i.e. MCU, ARM, DSP, PowerPC etc) for industrial control products
61 Strong knowledge of digital and analogue electronics design techniques and methods
61 Tracking records of successfully designing and delivering embedded industrial control system products
61 Strong knowledge and hands-on schematic experience using at least one of the EDA design tools (i.e. OrCAD/Allegro, Altium Designer, etc)
61 Must have EMI/EMC and regulatory compliance experience
61 PCB layout experience is a plus
61 Good understanding of quality and reliability standards and how they apply to electronic designs, including the importance of designing for manufacture and testability
61 Practical experience in writing a full functional specification for products;

Job Requirements/工作要求：
61 Work on projects involving MOL and Quality projects on existing products
61 Responsible for embedded system hardware design changes -- component selection, schematic capture, PCB layout, prototype debug, test, verification, pilot-run.
61 Take technical ownership of the electronic area; work across with various function teams, such as Sourcing, Quality, Service, Tech support, suppliers, and Operations to ensure the successfully implement of design changes
61 Implement technical solutions for product improvements related to quality/reliability and feature enhancements, ensuring customer needs are exceeded.
61 Develop solutions to that meet quality, delivery, and cost targets
61 Create Test Plans to validate design solutions through the use of lab testing, analysis, and simulation tools
