Position description:
1. Monitor reliability KPI, Glamor report and lead maintenance team to improve the KPI to achieve operational excellence.
2.Provide CoRe 61 training to maintenance team and monitor if all requirement of CoRe61 are implemented for full compliance of corporate reliability request.
3. Lead to develop and update maintenance strategy and inspection program (PM/PdM).
4. Conduct RCA (Root Cause Investigation) for long shutdown events, product loss events, safety events and tracking all actions completion.
5. Conduct self checking for internal/external audit and follow up the improvement action.
6. To be PPM coordinator, designs and implements technical projects to enhance plant process productivity, safety, efficiency within the budget and schedule.
7. Be responsible for technical document management to keep all informaion up to date and on hands.
8. To be the member of PTG to get or share the best practice among all TPU site
9.Support site capital investment project (above 2MiloEUR)

-Business Support – Controlling of expenses and capital investment
-PTG – Collaboration, experience exchange and best practice sharing with other sites

- Suppliers and engineering contractors
- Authorities
Qualification:
-Bachelor degree above in electromechanical, Mechanical or other technical related majors field. With engineering background, chemical engineering is preferred (The requirement can be lowered for good experienced candidates)
-Clear logic in data analysis, PPT presentation, routine business management.
-Self-driven with courageous and co-ordinational skills
-Communication in English and Mandarin languages
-More than 5 years above experience in maintenance management, reliability improvement and capital project execution in multi-national company environment. (The requirement can be lowered for sharp logic, good courageous candidates )
