岗位职责：
1. Responsible new product/component/supplier sourcing based on the sourcing assignment;
2. Responsible for new supplier qualification with relevant functional department;
3. Work with supplier on RFQs, negotiate price with supplier, responsible to submit the quotation at an agreed timeline;
4. Monthly business review with supplier and proactively work with suppliers to improve supplier performance KPIs from cost, quality, logistic, service perspectives;
5. Lower total cost on supplier level through value chain optimization.
6. Develop supplier to fulfill both company's short-term and long-term growth needs;
7. Develop & maintain long-term relationship with key suppliers;
8. Partner with key suppliers to continuously increase the competitiveness of key supplier through new purchasing possibilities, such as new material, new tech.
9. Responsible for relevant material group market analysis, fully understand the market development trend, cost.

基本要求：
1. Bachelor Degreee or above
2. Good Spoken English & Written English
3. At least 5-8 years purchase & supplier management experience
4. SCM technical and experience related is preferred
