- 负责设备预防和损坏维修.
- Work on production equipment preventive and corrective maintenance.
- 计划年度，半年度，季度，月度预防维护， 并监督跟进.
- Plan yearly, half yearly, quarterly, monthly preventive maintenance , and monitor the progress
- 负责故障维护，及时修复故障
- Manage machine break and repair it in time.
- 管理ISO9001维修程序上的要求和达到维修指标
- To manage all ISO9001 requirement about maintenance process and to reach indicators.
- 负责年度预算CAPEX 中部分生产设备项目.
- To manage some CAPEX projections in yearly budget list.
- 与BUYER 一起，寻找和管理维修工作中涉及的供应商; 管理日常维护的月度相关采购申请事宜和大项目采购.
- Work with buyer, to manage and sorting suppliers for equipment and maintenance, and to manage purchasing part for normal monthly maintenance and big projection .
- 负责设备在车间的布局，搬迁和重新安装等.
- Work on production equipment layout, moving and installation and so on.
- 发现与解决生产工艺流程中由设备引起的问题.
- Discover and solve the processes problem caused by equipment.
- 与其他分公司有关设备项目的沟通.
- Talk with other subsidiaries about equipment projection.
- 设备使用时的安全，做好培训和预防措施.
- Safety issue during working , well done for training operators and preventive action.
- 与车间员良好沟通，培训员工的操作和问题解决的能力等等.
- Good communicate with operators, staff training well on operation and problem solving and so on.
- 其他分配或需求配合的工作.
- Other work as need.
