RESPONSIBILITIES: SQE(supplier quality engineering) part 61 Cooperate with buyer to develop new suppliers, perform supplier audit together with purchasing team; 61 Manage supplier quality performance, define the yearly improvement plan, and lead supplier for quality improvement activities; 61 Lead supplier to solve critical quality issues, perform root cause analysis and corrective actions to ensure no interruption in project running, track and verify the action plans; 61 Define the inspection and test plan with supplier for specific orders, perform source inspection/release; MQC(manufacturing quality control) part 61 Lead quality workshops. Steer the multi-functional team to facilitate the solution recommendation. 61 Respond to customer complaints/problem solving and customer quality control; 61 Monitor the quality process of workshops, and push both the short-term solutions as well as identifying and analyzing the root cause. Using quality tools like 8D /A3/CAPA to follow up the correction. 61 Performs quality audits, including supporting International Standards Organization (ISO) audits, and maintains quality manual. 61 Responsible special process quality control. 61 Follow customer’s complaints and continuously striving for zero complaint 61 Push & cultivate Zero Defect culture around the company EHS part 61 Develop and promote the EHS Management Systems to meet local/corporate EHS compliance 61 Plan and execute EHS related trainings, competence development, awareness enhancement within organization; 61 Develop toolkits, approaches and procedures to facilitate relevant work in the EHS field 61 Monitor employee health and safety situation and strengthen to/maintain high levels Performance, Training and Development 61 FPY & FQC follow and improve to reach Zero defect 61 Zero Harm in Zhu Hai site 61 Offer training such as lean/six-sigma 61 Offer EHS related training ENVIRONMENT AND HOURS: 61 Based at MPCN&OMEC 61 Contractual hours 40 hours per week, with flexi-time as defined in the Departmental rules. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED OF THE JOB HOLDER: Entry Qualifications 61 Good basic education. 61 An approved qualification in an engineering/electronic/mechanical discipline preferred. Skills & Experience 61 Electric or mechanic Engineering Bachelor or above 61 At least 8 years work experience in technical filed. 61 Strong project management mindset is preferred. 61 Good command of oral and written English (CET-4 or above) 61 Familiarity with MS Office and SAP operation 61 Must have strong leadership skills, good collaboration and project management skills 61 Master Quality Systems (ISO9001 internal auditor), Lean&Six Sigma Manufacturing, (can widen the request for high potential candidate who can study fast and solve the problem in a structural mindset especially there are potential candidate in the company)
