61 In charge of all freight forwarding operations, including but not limited to air/ocean import/export, domestic trucking, and customs declaration.
61 Checking the shipment status and update customers on times. Follow-up on shipment to customers until final recipient.
61 Communicating with both the internal station and service providers.
61 Respond to the inquiry from customers and internal stations and prepare the quote accordingly.
61 Input the cost, prepare the billing and invoice and tracking the payments.
61 Handle irregular cases by coordinating with departments concerned with related issues.
