Overall purpose：
Mainly focus on TPM activities, to support all CIP related activities within the company by means of training, coaching and facilitation
Support and manage the internal CIP projects especially in TPM company wide.
Develop related training material and carry out related training to enhance employees CIP knowledge and promote CIP culture and strategy especially in TPM topics

1 Take responsibility as a Method Owner for dedicated CIP and PM Methods
2 Lead Improvement Projects and Inspire Lean Thinking throughout the Company
3 Develop CIP training material and carry out training as required
4 CIP knowledge and experience exchange with other location of MTU
5 Complete other tasks assigned by superior.

- University degree with major in Engineering or Mechanics.
- At least 3 years in similar industry in Maintenance and the previous working environment has mature TPM culture.
- CET-4 and above English level
-Familiar with the MS office applications
