职位概述：
工作内容：负责光通信产品的失效分析，包括产品失效分析、撰写报告，组织各部门解决失效分析。
任职要求：本科以上学历，理工科相关专业，通信、电子信息、光学等相关专业优先，良好的数电、模电知识；一年以上失效分析经验，有制造行业客诉处理、产品失效机理分析、分析报告撰写、问题成功解决提议的经验；良好的沟通协调能力；CET-4,书面英语熟练，口语可交流，流利佳。

PRIMARY PURPOSE:
主要目标
Create and lead failure analysis team for repeating the customer claim or/and disclosing the root causes of customer RMA products, preparing an available failure analysis report, continuous improving production quality.
组建和带领失效分析团队通过复现客户投诉现象，分析客户RMA产品失效的根本原因，并提供合理可用的故障分析报告，以不断提高生产质量。


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/工作职责:
1. Create and lead failure analysis team for repeating the customer claim or/and disclosing the root causes deep, widely and availably to conduct corrective actions of all assigned RMA products of customers.
组织并带领分析团队对RMA产品进行客诉问题复现或/和深入广泛地分析RMA产品的失效根因，以便对担当分析地RMA产品问题采取有效地改善预防措施。
2. Prepare an official, logical and authentic failure analysis report for RMA case.
对每个RMA案例均提供正式的，合乎逻辑和真实的故障分析报告。
3. Statistics, review, raise improving event and solve problems based on FA view.
站在FA的角度，对RMA案例进行统计和审查，提出优化改进的建议和解决问题。
4. Statistics failure mode of RMA product, confirm and publish the final failure in time (FIT) cases.
统计RMA产品的失效模式，确认并发布最终需计算失效率的案子。
5. Contribute RMA product repair information and review RMA order.
提供 RMA 产品返修信息并审阅处理 RMA 订单。

SCOPE工作范围： Position to create and lead a failure analysis team to repeat the customer claim of all assigned RMAs of customers, or/and deeply and widely dig out the root causes that can be available to conduct corrective actions, and then prepare an official, logical and authentic failure analysis report.
组建并带领失效分析团队复现所担当客户的RMA产品的投诉现象，深入和广泛地挖掘可实行有效改善措施的根本原因，并提供正式的、合乎逻辑和真实的失效分析报告。

Requirements任职要求：
Bachelor or above in science and engineering
理工科本科及以上学位。
3 years minimum related working experience of optical communications fields such as failure analysis, manufacturing or design.
3年失效分析、生产制造或设计等光通信领域相关工作经验。
61 Good knowledge of optical communications product, failure analysis mechanism, method, equipment and quality tools.
熟悉光通信产品、失效分析机制、分析方法、设备和质量工具。
61 Accurately determine and analyse failure cause of products.
具备精准识别和分析产品失效原因的能力。
61 Good project lead and management experience.
具备良好的项目领导和管理能力。
61 Good written skills for expression of assessment or failure analysis report in a clear, accurate and concise manner.
能以清晰、准确和简洁的方式，表述评估报告或失效分析报告的书面表达能力。
61 Demonstrated ability to raw data statistics and analysis of failures, and initiate improving event.
具备原始数据统计和问题分析能力，并发起改进事件。
61 Good communication with relevant peers and groups.
良好的团队沟通能力。
61 CET-4 +, good listen, verbal and written skills.
CET-4以上，良好的听力、口头和书面能力。
