PRIMARY PURPOSE: 通过实验和验证选择合适的相机、镜头和光源Choose the right camera, lens and light by experiment and verification 编写适合的算法,以满足项目视觉要求Develop appropriate vision algorithms to meet the needs of projects
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. 了解项目视觉需求 Confirm machine vision of the project requirements 2. 对项目视觉部分进行可行性分析和改型建议 Analyse vision feasibility of the project and make proposal for module change 3. 根据需求,搭建实验平台,以确定适合的相机、镜头和光源的型号,如果没有合适的型号,需要向供应商借用 Construct the experimental platform which is based the requirements in order to choose the right model of the camera, lens and light. If there is no suitable model, need to borrow from the supplier for the experiment.. 4. 寻找合适的相机、镜头和光源供应商 Seek suitable suppliers of camera, lens and light to ensure vision quality and costs kept under the budgets 5. 根据需求,开发和调试视觉软件 Develop vision program following the requirements. 6. 完成manager 安排的其他相关工作 Perform the other related assignment from manager.
Position to develop / support the vision system of automation according to customer’s requirment. Support the Sr. Engineers and manager to assure the vision quality and guarantee the accuracy.
REQUIREMENTS: REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant 5+ years design and develop experience Proficient in halcon or opencv to locate and detect the object(熟练使用halcon 或者opencv来定位和检测物体) Knowledge and good skills for digital image processing(掌握数字图形图像处理方面的知识) Demonstrated ability to analyse and choose the right model of the vision system such as camera, lens and light. (能够分析和选择合适的视觉系统型号,比如相机、镜头和光源) Demonstrated ability of C++ programming to solve vision problem of automatic project . (C++编程能力,能够解决自动化项目中视觉部分的问题) Good verbal and written skills for exchange of information in a clear and concise manner. Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment PREFERRED: Familiarity with manufacturing processes Good knowledge of software, hardware about automation Be good at math
