General Requirement
To improve the equipment operating condition，sustain equipment at an optimal level of performance & reliability and lengthen the life expectancy of equipment. This position requires attendance in accordance with the shift and overtime arrangements of the production department.改善设备的运行状况，使设备的性能和可靠性保持在***水平，延长设备的预期寿命。本岗位需要配合生产部的倒班及加班安排出勤。
1. Complete the equipment’s break down analysis report and update equipment’s preventive maintenance procedure. 完成设备故障分析报告，更新设备预防性维护程序。
2. To establish the preventive maintenance plan and implement the equipment’s preventive maintenance. 制定设备预防性维护计划，实施设备预防性维护。
3. Machine downtime analyze and after defining the root cause to eliminate and improve the equipment for a better performance. 对机器停机时间进行分析，并确定停机原因，以消除和改进设备，使其性能更好。
4. Good PLC Programming skill and drawing skill.Good communication skills and strong execution ability. 良好的PLC编程能力和绘图能力。
5. Write equipment maintenance work instruction. 编写设备维护工作指导书。
6. Execute the corrective maintenance case in case of urgent.在紧急情况下执行纠正性维修。
7. Improve equipment spare parts system. 完善设备备品备件体系。

Qualifications
1. Majored in Electricity or mechanism or relative project College education or above. 电气、机械或相关专业大专以上学历。
2. Practical experience of 5 years for equipment maintenance. 5年以上设备维修实践经验。
3. At least 3 years foreign plant experience. 至少3年外资工厂的工作经验。英语能力佳优先考虑。
4. Good communication skills and strong execution ability. 较好的沟通能力，执行力强。
