【工作内容】
- 开发和优化塑料挤出及注塑成型工艺流程，确保产品质量符合国际标准。
- 进行新材料测试，评估其在挤出和注塑过程中的性能，以提升产品性能和降低成本。
- 制定详细的工艺参数和技术文档，指导生产团队实施。
- 与国外总部的技术团队紧密合作，进行技术交流，解决生产中遇到的问题，并参与新技术的研发。
- 分析客户反馈，提出改进方案，提高产品竞争力。
- 定期对生产工艺进行审查，确保持续改进和效率提升。
- Develop and optimize plastic extrusion and injection molding processes to ensure product quality meets international standards.
- Conduct new material testing to evaluate their performance in extrusion and injection molding processes, aiming to enhance product performance and reduce costs.
- Create detailed process parameters and technical documentation to guide the production team's implementation.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team at overseas headquarters for technical exchanges, problem-solving, and participation in new technology development.
- Analyze customer feedback and propose improvement plans to enhance product competitiveness.
- Regularly review manufacturing processes to ensure continuous improvement and efficiency enhancement.
【任职要求】
- 拥有材料科学、机械工程或相关领域的本科及以上学历。
- 具备3年以上塑料挤出和注塑成型工艺的实际工作经验。
- 熟练掌握英语，能够无障碍地与国外总部进行书面和口头沟通。
- 熟悉CAD软件及其他相关设计工具，具备良好的计算机操作能力。
- 具有优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，以及良好的团队协作精神。
- 对新工艺、新技术保持高度热情，愿意不断学习和探索。
- Bachelor’s degree or above in materials science, mechanical engineering, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in plastic extrusion and injection molding processes.
- Proficient in English, capable of seamless written and verbal communication with overseas headquarters.
- Familiarity with CAD software and other relevant design tools, as well as strong computer skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, along with a good team spirit.
- A passion for exploring new processes and technologies, willing to continuously learn and innovate.
