To align with the company’s supply chain management strategy, we aim to optimize global procurement operations and strengthen localized sourcing initiatives across Asia. We are hiring a Materials Procurement and handling Specialist to collaboratively with PMS Boulder in country supplier development and management, ensuring timely, sufficient, and qualified material supply to meet business demands.

61 Collaborate with PMS Boulder team
- Understand the company's sourcing and purchasing strategy and execute Asia sourcing
activities with guidance from the Boulder team.
61 Supplier Development & Localization
- Source from established and qualified suppliers within Asia to support requirements of
PMS OMEC product lines.
- Perform monthly and quarterly business reviews to ensure supplier performance to quality,
quantity and on-time delivery requirements.
61 Supply Assurance
- Proactively monitor PMS OMEC material demand and supplier performance to prevent
shortages or disruptions.
- Collaborate with production/planning teams to align procurement with operational
timelines.
61 Purchase Order Management
- Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve discrepancies (delays, quality issues,
non-conforming material returns for credit).
61 Relationship Management
- Foster strategic partnerships with key suppliers and PMS Boulder through regular
communication and performance reviews.
- Resolve issues (e.g., delays, defects) promptly and implement corrective actions.
61 Material handling
- Managing the acquisition and organization of the received materials with precision and
care using ABC procurement methodologies and safety stocks aligned with planned
consumption, material lead-time, demand variability and supplier on-time delivery
performance.
- Perform cycle counts as required based on inventory accuracy and ABC prescribed
frequencies.
- Ensure all inventories on hand are handled properly in SAP throughout the
reconciliation process and month-end closing.
-Ensure adherence to all company and ISO controlled policies and procedures, good
manufacturing practices, and safety standards.
- Act as logistics subject matter expert (SME), comply with all applicable laws/regulations
and ISO requirements.

61 Must have 基本要求
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
2. 5+ years in procurement/sourcing, preferably in industrial/manufacturing materials within Asia.
3. Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP), MS Office, and data analysis tools.
4. Strong ability to analyze costs, market data, and supplier capabilities. Strong attention to detail and a high degree of curiosity to identify and root-cause analyze material shortages and receiving issues.
5. Effective written and verbal communication abilities in English including presentation skills with recommendations and data
6. Work hour flexibility and ability to travel to meet with suppliers throughout the region.

1. - CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or related credential strongly preferred
2. - Industry Experience: Manufacturing, electronics, or automotive sectors.
3. - Knowledge of international trade regulations (e.g., INCOTERMS, customs processes).
