A) Major Responsibilities: a) Implement internal accounting regulations. b) Support daily financial management and optimize the process. c) Conduct performance evaluations for accounting staff. develop reasonable performance evaluation standards, motivate employees to improve the quality of work. d) Assist with audits of the group, organize domestic audits, ensure the smooth progress of the audit process, and carry out rectification according to the audit results. e) Timely collection and mastery of national and local fiscal and tax policies, and regularly advise management. f) Timely preparation of monthly financial statements. g) Review cost accounting and propose cost improvement suggestions. h) Supervise the execution of various budgets. i) Build, train, and develop the finance team, to help team personnel growth. j) Other related tasks assigned by superior leader.
B) Requirements &Qualification: a) Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance/Accounting.Certified Intermediate Accountant, CPA/CMA is peferred. b) 8+ years of experience in manufacturing financial management. c) Strong in financial data analysis and cost management. d) Skilled use in ERP and Kingdee software. e) High professional ethics, detail-oriented, strong organizational and communication skills. f) Good English proficiency preferred.
