1. With some guidance from Sr. Engineers and manager, develops new product design and manage product extension.
2. Provides technical support to customers, suppliers and inside personnel.
3. Coordinates product activities with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing and quality using the engineering change request (ECR) procedures.
4. Support product test by coordinating with reliability lab.
5. Performs design verification activities to ensure that design meets the specifications of the customer and UL requirements.
6. Checks manufacturing drawings for completeness and accuracy.
7. Responsible for loading all design files.
8. Understand, support and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.
9. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
