Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
This position will be operationally located in Zhuhai China, with strategic oversight from the CTO office, and Group Product Sustainability and Compliance. The primary responsibilities include, and not limited to:
- Collection, validation and management of existing data sets such as product data, supplier data, and other data critical for sustainability purposes.
- Creation and/or maintenance of new data sets such as UNSPSC product and material nomenclature and codes, supplier primary carbon emissions, etc.
- Follow up and engage with relevant stakeholders and data owners such as Product Development and Sourcing to improve data sets and close data gaps.
- Support the Senior Compliance and Sustainability Specialist/Engineer in development of guidelines and processes.
- Identify and document reporting requirements for sustainability / regulatory needs and coordinate development of relevant reports with Data and Analytics team.
- Support and/or run workshops/trainings with relevant stakeholders on data required, improving data gaps, etc.
- Liaise with relevant IT or system owners to ensure the data is stored and managed in the appropriate system or tool.

- Presentation skills both in creating presentations and presenting to an audience
- Ability to create structure in a non structured setting
- Attention to details

Technical Skill Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Excel required
- Knowledge of technical terminologies and nomenclature preferred
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes of electronic products preferred
- Knowledge of production data management system(ERP, PDM etc) preferred
- Good Knowledge in sustainability is preferred

Educational and Previous Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science
- Minimum English CET 6
- Preferable – experience in business analytics
- 3 years of experience, direct experience in sustainability, project management or supply chain from production oriented companies are preferable
