工作职责:
1.完成店铺/个人销售目标
Accomplish store/personal sales target
- 为团队设定销售目标
Set sales target for team
- 设定符合实际情况的行动计划来完成销售目标

2. 发掘销售潜力,令店铺业务***化
Explore sales potential
- 与外部潜在业务伙伴能够建立良好的关系(VIP/酒店/餐厅/业主/个人顾客等)
keep good relationship with external business partner(VIP/hotel/restaurant/landlord and customer)
- 协助公共关系团队组织安排市场活动
Assist public relationship team organize marketing activities
- 在市场活动或日常店铺销售中合理安排员工在楼面上的工作,以创造商业契机提升团队产出。
Arrange team member work in marketing event or daily operation to create business opportunity
3. 根据公司战略,***化各品类的销售
According company strategy,maximize sales performance for all SKU.
- 附加销售:确保店铺员工掌握附加销售和连带销售的专业技能
Additional Sales: make sure team member know well with professional skills(additional sales and connective Marketing )
- 向区域经理/城市经理反馈顾客对各品类产品的意见
Feedback customers’ suggestion for all kinds of goods to area manager/regional manager
- 激励员工向顾客介绍推荐各个品类的产品
Encourage team member to introduce all kinds of production
4. 培训店铺员工
Training.
- 给予员工系统的培训提升他们的工作胜任力,帮助他们成长
Provide team member systematic training to promote their capacity for work, help them grow up
- 定期开早会
Regular morning meeting
- 通过帮助员工扩展他们的人际网络并提供相关信息与资源从而达到提升员工的专业度及必要的产品知识
Help team member explore their network of people and provide related information and resources to promote them much more professional
- 确定销售人员的培训需求,并设定培训及发展计划
Ensure sales training needs and set plan for training and developing
5. 团队建设
Team Building
- 与员工分享公司愿景和发展战略并给予清晰目标
Share company vision and strategy for development with team members, provide clear goals
- 通过询问不断了解员工需求,鼓励员工不断进取,遇到困难时召集员工集思广益攻克难关,从而提升员工凝聚力
Understand employee needs, encourage, overcome together, enhance the cohesion of the team
- 增强团队归属感,营造积极的工作氛围,及时恰当地处理员工问题
Enhance team sense of community, build positive working environment, deal with the employee problems
- 为员工做月度及年度的绩效考核
Monthly and annual KPI
- 确保员工间的合作,信息的分享,为集体利益而努力奋斗

6. 确保有效利用客户资料簿
Maintain CRM system.
- 与销售人员分享客户资料并针对客群制定后续跟进行动计划

- 监管正确使用客户资料和资料完整性和准确性

7. ***化现有客户群,不断开拓新客户
Maximize present customers’ group, business development.
- 维系与主要的、重点客户关系
Keep main and important customers’ relationship
- 为店铺员工做相应培训以提升客户维护及其他销售服务质量
Training and daily VIP maintenance
- 处理客户问题及投诉
Provide after-sale service and handle complaints
- 将客户对产品的反馈及时反映给公司

8. 库存管理
Inventory management
- 管控仓库的摆放以及出货
Manager warehouse display and shipment
- 重视库存问题,并及时应对处理
Pay attention to inventory management
- 优化店铺间转货流程,确保顾客需求发送至店铺
Optimize the process for goods turnover
- 确保充足的货品,管理库存
Ensure the goods sufficient
- 给予公司就各品类货品及时反馈
Feedback timely
9. 了解竞争品牌
Comprehend competing brands
- 评估竞争品牌
Evaluate competing brands
- 通过积极发展社交网络捕捉业内信息,与店铺员工分享相关信息及业态发展趋势
Develop social network

任职要求:
- 大专或以上学历。
College degree or above.
- 5年以上零售行业店铺管理经验或高端服务性行业经验,3年以上高端零售行业经验优先考虑。
More than 5 years’ experience in managing retail store or high service industry,3 years’
experience in Luxury, retail takes precedence
- 热衷零售行业,具备高度的责任心和执行力。
Has passion in retail industry, sense of responsibility, execution.
- 良好的团队管理能力,良好的沟通和协调能力。
Good team spirits and be able to work independently, Good social and communication skills.
