Responsibilities:
Process planning of press shop, body shop, assembly logistics and warehouse, also incl. installation & commissioning of the processes and equipment
Consideration of logistics efficiency and cost-saving during the planning
Management of logistic sub-projects in terms of the project timeline
Providing temporary outsourcing solutions e.g. warehouse, movement or AGV implementations
Material supply process planning includes all material movements and also including return of empties container
Planning of automatic line-feeding solutions with AGV
Planning of main supply methods for line-feeding, e.g. GLT and KLT, forklift delivery, shopping cart with AGV processes
Detailed material flow planning for each part number
Logistics calculation during planning and evaluation of utilization rates of existing supply methods
Calculate of necessary equipment demands, find bottle necks and develop countermeasures
Planning of handover areas, e.g. AGV loading stations or GLT/KLT route stations
Route planning and other special case of material delivery
Warehouse Planning including all storage functions including layout and calculation
Buffer/Super Market planning in the production workshop including layout and calculation
Calculation of storage capacities and providing efficient solutions
Planning of IT concept including interface, customizing
Maintenance IT data in IPT system
All raw material, semi-products or final products models must be considered during warehouse planning
Equipment planning for all logistic equipment
Create equipment demand; specifications, set up purchasing timeline and track the purchasing schedule/status

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in a technical study field (such as mechanical engineering or logistics)
Relevant logistics planning experience of more than 3 years and related work experience at an automotive OEM factory
Experience in the logistic process including layout and calculations
Fluent English and working language
Advanced in MS Visio, MS Office, and Think Cell
