工作职责:
Medical advisor in therapeutic area team is responsible for the development and implement of medical affairs activities related to therapeutic area. He/she works in partnership with internal and external key stakeholders to development and implement therapeutic area tactics for exploration of new models of medical affairs and make sure patients to have a better treatment prognosis.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop therapeutic area medical strategy and implement tactics and establish regularly contact and communication with internal key stakeholders
Academic communication to enhance the delivery of new concept to key influencers and stakeholders and Establish Cooperation and partnership with medical association to continuously promote standardized diagnosis and treatment in the field of diseases
Cooperation with NCC or other medical societies to promote the establishment of disease diagnosis and treatment specifications and evaluation system and support on China treatment / practice guideline development, scientific interpretation, and promotion
Cooperation with medical societies to conduct medical programs/conference to facilitate new concept and state of art medical progress’ introduction to China
Develop medical strategy and implement it to support therapeutic area development
Promote local real world evidence generation in multiple ways
Evaluate new products, new indications, new research programs, new business potentials of defined therapeutic areas from medical perspective to support new product introduction and line extension
Develop therapeutic area medical projects aligned with patients’ needs and to improve patients’ outcome.
Ensure compliance of cooperation with internal and external stakeholders and review and approve promotional materials and activities related to therapeutic area to ensure their scientific standard and medical compliance with external and internal requirements

Technical
Therapeutic area knowledge: familiar with the disease knowledge and clinical practice of the therapeutic area
Language: Fluent in English (both spoken and written) is preferred
Computer: Familiar with Microsoft Office software is preferred

Clinical Medicine Background in the defined therapeutic area, master degree, Master above is required
Experience
Experience of clinical practice in Tier 3 hospitals and oncology Specialty is preferred
Preferred experience as Medical Advisor or MSL in other multinational pharmaceutical companies.
