Assist the Outlet Manager to do a good job in personnel work, recruitment and employee assessment, mobilize the enthusiasm of employees, and solve various problems of employees in a timely manner.
协助餐厅经理做好人事工作,招聘以及员工考核,调动员工积极性,对于员工出现的各种问题,及时给予解决;
Assist the Outlet Manager to complete the training to ensure the professional knowledge of the employee and the good quality of customers.
协助餐厅经理完成培训工作,确保员工专业知识,以及对客素质良好;
Establish a sense of internal service, handle various problems with a calm and equal attitude, and keep in mind the team spirit of equality, justice and fairness.
树立对内服务意识,用平静平等的态度处理各种问题,谨记平等、公正、公平的团队精神;
Check the working conditions of various equipment in the outlet every day, and notify the engineering department in time for maintenance if there is a problem.
每日检查餐厅各项设备的工作情况,如出现问题及时通知工程部给予维修;
Before the daily meal, hold a pre-shift meeting to comment on the work of the previous shift, convey the contents of various documents issued by the company and the department, and implement them.
每日开餐前,召开部门例会,讲评前班次工作情况,传达公司和部门下达的各类文件内容,并贯彻落实;
Before the meal is opened every day, check the employee's appearance, understand the customer's situation, arrange the task of the meal, divide the labor reasonably, and make the corresponding overall arrangement.
每日开餐前,检查员工仪容仪表,了解当餐客情,布置当餐任务,合理进行分工,作出相对应的统筹安排;
Resolve customer complaints, communicate with customers, obtain feedback and suggestions from customers, and then report to the Outlet Manager.
解决客人投诉,与顾客沟通,征得客人反馈建议,后续上报餐厅经理;
Counting statistics at the end of the month to ensure the quality and usage of Outlet utensils and tableware, and give appropriate supplements.
月末盘点统计,确保餐厅用具,餐具质量及使用量,适当给予补充;
Formulate the rules and regulations, workflow, and service quality standards of the department.
拟定本部规章制度、工作流程以及服务质量标准;
According to the actual situation of the outlet, formulate a unified arrangement of items to ensure that the outlet is clean and tidy.
根据餐厅的实际情况,制定统一的物品摆放,保证餐厅卫生整洁;
Maintain timely and effective communication with the culinary, coordinate the connection work with the Culinary during the serving period, ensure that the products are produced on time and according to the quality, and improve guest satisfaction.
和厨房保持及时有效沟通,在上菜期间协调好与厨房的衔接工作,保证按时,按质出品,提高客人满意度;
Care about the life of employees, encourage the development of team spirit, provide employees with a good working environment, and prevent employees from having unnecessary disputes in the company, maintain and improve a good working atmosphere and proper working relationship with subordinates.
关心员工生活,鼓励发展团队精神,为员工提供良好的工作环境,并杜绝员工在公司内起不必要的争执,保持并提升与下属的良好工作气氛和恰当的工作关系;
Have the ability to complete various tasks arranged by the Outlet Manager.
有能力完成餐厅经理安排的各种工作;
Weekly meeting of the restaurant management team, timely reporting to the Outlet Manager on the problems of the week and the work plan for the next week.
每周餐厅管理组会议,及时跟餐厅经理汇报本周的问题,以及下周工作计划。
