职位描述
Your Tasks:
1. Responsible for overall sales activity in the assigned territory.
1.1 Managing and expanding existing sales revenue
1.2 Develop new business and build solid pipelines
2. Identify sales growth opportunities, set yearly sales targets based on the agreed strategy
3. New customer acquisition by fully aware of customer’s needs, product value proposition, and competition, dealing with commercial T&Cs
4. Key account management, identify the winning strategy, and execute with detailed actions
5. Understand the business network, bidding process (direct or through 3rd party channel) for Scientific research institutes in North China
6. Periodically review the sales performance; this includes Competitor activity and pricing to ensure that company is positioned firmly for success.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
1. Strong selling skills and abilities; from prospecting to closing sales
2. Understand the business model, bidding (direct or through 3rd party channel) for the Scientific research institutes in North China
3. Technical Understanding of motion control products and customer applications
4. Able to communicate with people at all levels of an organization. Good written and verbal communication in English
5. Ability to articulate strategies, highly self-motivated, able to function well in a team and in a supervisory position
6. Ability to coach and manage a team
Your Profile:
1. Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, from an accredited college or university
2. ten years of successful experience in sales management position with a demonstrated track record of success in North China
3. Successful previous experience as a sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
4. Familiarity with the North China (Beijing, Tianjin area) Industry and Academic research customers and channels is preferred
5. Good verbal and written communication in English
6. Strategic selling skills, ability to identify promising opportunities
7. Independent self-starter & ability to travel within China region
8. Well-developed interpersonal skills; able to build relationships quickly
