Client Acquisition & Relationship Management 80Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored digitalization solutions 80Foster relationships with customers through regular communication and exceptional service
Sales Strategy & Execution 80Develop and drive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share 80Lead negotiations and close deals with key clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships Partnership & Ecosystem Building 80Build strategic partnerships with key players in software, hardware, outsourcing and distribution to create a robust ecosystem that enhances our product offerings 80Leverage partnerships to create joint value propositions and go-to-market strategies
Collaboration & Communication 80Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product development, customer support, and marketing to align business development efforts with company goals 80Regularly update senior management on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights
Education 80Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field. 80Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, PhD) is a plus Experience 805 years of experience in business development roles, sales, or a related role within the life science industry, with an emphasis on digitalization software 80Track record of achieving sales targets supported by long-term strategic growth Skills 80Strong understanding of the life sciences industry and digitalization trends 80Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills 80Talent for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders 80Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills 80Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite
