1.The service shall support APAC card center supervisor to provide the management to the day to day smooth operation of the BMW access badge production and the data in the access control system. Deliver or withdraw the cards and grant or delete the proper access authorization accurately and timely. 2.Make sure the card management recordings, registration forms, template, and all other documents to be well managed and archived. Provide the clear and complete supporting documents in all kinds of review or audit. 3.Support to maintain and update the card management SOP, Processes, User Manual, security zone and access profile list quarterly; Submit the monthly report with the analysis data. 4.Provide the support to the regional SPOKE organization; Update the SPOKE contact information timely; Support the traininings delivered to the SPOKEs and the reguar review to the work of SPOKE. 5.Provide the support for the incident investigation, access badge system upgrading project, and the other new office location project that need Card Center support; Order the blank badges from Germany timely and the stock of the blank badges can make sure the badge production service to be consistently; Mail the access badges or the other materials to the relevant parties timely; keep the Card Center in the clean and tidy status; 6.Other admin works assigned by PI-65 such as the PR/PO/Migo and Fabiao issues, SLA and cross charge,SMDB, mail/printing, support the team activity, business travel, conference etc. Qualifications: ?Degree: Bachelor degree mandatory. ?Good communication & interpersonal skills and team spirit. ?Good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point. ?Ability to involve and work with other departments to achieve objectives.
