1. Coordinate manager and team’s schedule (calendar management)
2. Support meetings and workshops including agenda preparation, logistics arrangement, meeting minutes and following up, etc.
3. Manage internal processes, for example contracting, payment, etc.
4. Support PowerPoint presentation and documentation preparation as needed
General administration and travel
5. Provide general administrative support to manager and team, including T&E reimbursement, drafting documentation as assigned,
6. Organize and manage all travel arrangements of team and visitors, including scheduling accommodations, ordering the ticket, and other support, ensuring they are set up properly
Others
7. Execute in the most efficient way the various ad hoc missions to be entrusted to you.
Key Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree or higher
· Around 1-5 years working experience
· Fluent English both oral and written; CET6 certificate or above
· Excellent office skill, especially in Word, Excel, PPT
· High sense of responsibilities / accountability and team cooperation spirit
· Strong communication, networking and coordination skills
