Duties & Responsibilities: ● Responds to customer calls; analyzes, and troubleshoots Excimer laser system problems via telephone or at customer site ● Performs system installation, repair, upgrades and preventive maintenance on installed systems ● Travel as required for the purpose of performing service activities at customer sites ● Prepare updates and maintain accurate logs, equipment performance data, service records, parts usage documentation and diagnostic logs ● Serve as a point of contact between customers and factory support team; communicate customer requirements, system performance, and reliability issues ● Help the service administrator to maintain clear CRM records and record of parts inventory ● Ensure local stock is kept up-to-date and coordinate shipment of tools and parts
Qualification & Requirements: ● Bachelor or higher in Lasers, Electro-optics, Mechanical or EE Engineering ● Prior experience servicing Capital Equipment or Excimer lasers in an industrial environment is advantageous ● Self-driven, able to work independently, and also as part of a team on 24/7 standby ● Good communication skills in both spoken and written English ● Available for travel to Other cities and Countries for training and service support ● Comfortable donning cleanroom suits and be physically fit and able to lift objects up to 20kg
