Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver the trade compliance and export control related trainings to business
为公司员工提供进出口贸易合规方面的培训
2. Develop and refine the trade compliance related guidelines and procedures
制定和完善公司贸易合规方面的指南和流程等
3. Provide legal and pragmatic advices and solutions to various internal stakeholders
为公司内部各部门提供各类合法且务实的合规建议和解决方案
4. Conduct risk assessments and internal audit
开展风险评估和与贸易合规有关的内部审计
5. Communicate with government agencies to clarify and fulfill the compliance requirements of the government
负责与相关政府机构进行沟通，以确保理解和执行其合规要求
6. Assist in applying for export licenses and process export and import clearance in accordance with the import and export control regulations
协助申请出口许可等证件并依照进出口法律法规的要求处理进出口相关的流程。
7. Keep identifying trade compliance related risks and develop compliance advice and procedures therefor
持续识别贸易合规风险，提出合规建议，开展相应的流程建设
8. Keep a smooth and sound communication and interaction with US and EU trade compliance team to ensure the complete compliance of all subsidiaries of BEST
与美国和德国贸易合规团队进行高效沟通，确保公司及各子公司的贸易合规
9. Manage and communicate with outside counsels to ensure the quality
管理公司外部顾问，确保服务质量满足公司的要求
10. Monitor the regulatory and enforcement change of laws and regulations on trade compliance, keep identifying the potential legal risks and implementing the corresponding measures to ensure business to go within laws
监控中美等主要法域的贸易合规方面的法律法规的立法和执法变化，持续识别潜在的法律风险，并能积极采取相应措施以防范风险发生
11. Process, track and maintain legal documents and maintain a good documentation
处理、跟踪和维护公司法律合规文件，做好法务合规等相关的档案管理
12. Assist or accomplish all other tasks assigned as the case may require
协助或负责完成其他分配的任务和工作
Qualifications 任职要求
1. Holding the Bachelor degree or above
本科或以上学历
2. Having around 4-year working experience in the global trade and export compliance areas
4年左右国际贸易和进出口合规的相关工作经验
3. Having good knowledge and understanding about the knowledge of export control laws and regulations, especially relating to USA and P.R.C.
熟悉出口管制法律法规,尤其是中国和美国的出口管制法
4. Having the good legal research and analysis competency and skills
具有很好的法律法规检索及分析的能力和技巧
5. Being capable of proposing legal solutions to support business going within laws and regulations
具备为公司业务提供法律合规方案的良好能力，确保公司业务合法合规进行
6. Being detail-oriented, diligent, down-to-earth, proactive, and reliable
重视细节，认真踏实，工作主动积极且可靠
7. Being a good professional communicator and collaborator with internal and external stakeholders
具备很好的专业的外部和内部沟通合作能力
8. Being able to handle English documents like contracts and able to work in English, fluency in spoken English is a plus
