Processing dealers warranty claim, weekly credits, and monthly payments in promised lead time. ? Handling warranty related inquiries and solving discrepancies from dealers efficiently and effectively. ? Issue of warranty / goodwill authorizations as required. ? Improve claim quality and achieve warranty KPIs. ? Refine warranty regulations and processes to improve the willingness of dealers to do warranty work. ? Enhance communication with AG colleagues and Technical support to decrease failure rate for warranty team's stretch target. ? Reduce unnecessary warranty repairs in dealership. ? Handle dealer daily ticket and AG debit appeal with IDS (Integrated Dealer Support, a system that dealer can submit his question as a ticket, this ticket is needed to be resolved within a requested time. IDS is a solution for communication between Warranty and Dealers). ? Regular analyze claims and IDS tickets to monitor dealer performance, implement top dealer / top defect management based on analysis, and properly handle with related communication with corresponding dealers. Education background 学历要求 ?College degree required graduate degree in automotive, or relative majors. ?3 Years and above warranty claim processing experience will be a big plus. ?Basic automotive knowledge is required. 4-6 years above working experience in relevant working experience in automotive aftersales. intermediate English. Doesn′t need to be fluent, but basic level is necessary ?Familiar with Microsoft programs (WinWord, Excel, PowerPoint, and project). ?Data analysis skills will be a big plus.
