Job Description ? Monitor the clinical and academic dynamics of various healthcare domain to explore clinical needs and business opportunities, perform related market analysis. ? Work closely with clinical experts to understand clinical pain points to create executable clinical solution and provide reference to R&D team. ? Establish strategic collaboration with key KOLs and academic societies to promote related solutions and cultivate speakers and advisory panels for each solution. ? Work with modalities and sales team closely to land each solution, including but not limited to marketing materials creation, demo sites maintenance, promotion activities design and execution. ? Support multiple modalities’ marketing activities. Desired Characteristics: ? Initiative, responsible, and self-motivated. ? Strong minded, perform under pressure and uncertainty ? Outgoing with good communication skills ? Open, innovative, and eager to learn. ? Good presentation and writing skills, in Chinese and English. Qualifications: ? 10+ years’ experience in healthcare industry ? 5+ years’ experience in marketing ? Business management experience is preferred ? Master of medical or above
