WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: ? Field sales calls and customer support (approximately 60% travel) ? Provide guidance for field sales engineers. Coordinate activities of internal departments as they relate to the region. ? Forecast and analysis of regional sales activities; programs and growth of customer base; provide plans and programs to meet objectives. ? Giving directions for sales engineers for all major projects and quotations issued for the region. ? Coordinate sales focused activities such samples, prototype, cost etc. with the Qingdao operation, ? Work closely with product management to promote our products in the assigned region ? Meet booking objectives for the region. ? Manage distributors/reps to ensure sales performance ? Independent price negotiation with direct customers/reps/distributors YOU HAVE: ? Academic background in Bachelor Degree, preferable in mechanical engineering ? Previous experience in or with o Minimum five years electronic/electro-mechanical sales experience, preferable in the electronic/electric industry. o Technical knowledge about rated enclosures/electronic packaging ?
