● Support Principal and Functional Head to conducting Job Analysis and Job Design to ensure relevance of each position in the school and reduce duplication of functions. ● Responsible for the best practice of recruitment based on Recruitment Policies. ● Support Principal for preparing recruitment events through coordinating job advert, screen application, system registration etc. ● Participate Job Fair as necessary. ● Prepare all new employment contracts and employment package, follow up with interviewers on commencement formalities.
Training & Development
● Responsible for training of New Hires mainly for non-academic staff by working closely with the direct Hiring Manager ● Assisting Principal or Head of School for successful delivery of orientation training to academic staff. ● Review and analysing training needs in conjunction with HODs.
Local and expatriate employment
● Liaising with a wide range of organizations who are responsible for issuing working visa, expert certificate, medical check disclosure to expat employee as well as other relevant local authorities who are responsible for local employee’s employment. ● Working closely with school Principal and HOD for annual contract renew.
Administration
● Perform administrative duties of Annual Performance Review. ● Perform administrative duties to ensure both HRIS and employee’s Pfile are fully updated.
Others
● To maintain routine correspondence and draft appropriate response based on HR operational P&P and practice. ● To provide response to general HR related enquires. ● Any other HR project as assigned by direct line manager ● Contribute positively to the morale and community spirit in the school; ● Work effectively in different teams; ● Assist in marketing initiatives and contribute to the growth of the school; ● Operate at all times within the stated policies and practices of the region; ● Meet responsibilities with regard to health and safety, equal opportunities and other relevant legislation and conform to professional and ethical requirements; ● Any other appropriate duties as allocated by RHRD.
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor degree level or above, preferably in HR, Business Administration ● Hold a recognized qualification of HR profession. ● At least 8 years working at a managerial role in HR. ● Management & leadership skills in addition to good planning and organisation skills. ● Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders ● Demonstrable proactive approaches to problem-solving ● Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently. ● Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and be adaptable to various competing demands skills. ● Excellent oral and written communication skills ● Strong English language competence ● Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) ● High levels of personal integrity. ● Emotional maturity ● Evidence of commitment to professional development
