Aleido China is looking for an experienced Technical Writer for telecom and software sector based in Shanghai.
Mission:
Closely cooperate with our customers R&D department
Analyze customer's information needs and develop appropriate information solutions.
Continuously enhance information architecture to optimize the ease of use for product information
Participate in defining information development process and continuously improve the process
Investigate in customer feedback and work out solutions to address the feedback, thus improving product information quality
Cooperate with ALEIDO experts from other sites and countries
Be part of a team that is driven by quality and on-time delivery
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in technical fields of Telecommunication, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related area.
3+ years working experience in technical fields or similar field, with 2 years’ experience as a technical writer
Excellent English and Chinese skills both in writing and speaking
Excellent communication skills
Able to structure information in an unstructured surrounding
Knowledge to use Gerrit, AsciiDoc, and Doc as Code approach.
Additional:
Ability to be part of the Agile environment as a technical writer and work with multiple cross-functional teams.
Quick learner for new tools and new technology.
Preferred ability for time management, task management etc.
