Job description: 1、Perform desk side 3rd level support for all vip users and key end users. 2、Lead 3 helpdesk engineers, ensures services are delivered according agreed service levels. 3、Supports hardware (e.g. laptops, desktops, mobile, printers and faxes) on site. 4、Support on business application, office automations and corporate network to end users. 5、Assist to implement corporate IT infrastructure projects and solutions locally . 6、Perform Server, systems, network operations, administration and maintenance. Qualifications: 1、3-5 years of successful desk side support experience in a large corporate environment. 2、If have IT service team management experience will be preferred. 3、Excellent technical skills for analyzing and troubleshooting problems in a complex customer environment. 4、Demonstrated strong communication abilities and customer focused orientation. 5、Good understanding of English language (reading, writing, speaking and listening).
