Context - Full experienced of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint. - Able to handle confidential information and issues effectively and without breach of confidentiality. - Able to interact and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization up to and including Regional level. - Requires strong attention to detail in establishing priorities, scheduling and meeting deadlines. - Able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and demands. - Excellent in both oral and written English. - Initiate and confident, can work well without close supervision. - Flexible to change and willing to take challenges. - Bachelor’s degree with major in administration management, secretarial or relevant. - Minimum 3 years’ experience requires
Principal activities (Duties & Responsibilities) Office Services: - Coordinate with building management and outside service suppliers for, repair and maintenance of office equipment and premises. - Maintenance of office insurance. - Assist in office decoration, relocation and company event arrangements. - Maintenance of office keys and access cards.
General Administration: - Responsible for office operator, and reception of visitors’ jobs. - Purchasing stationery, printings, paper, and relevant office supplies. - Managing calendar and planner - Assist in employee travel ticket and accommodation arrangements, calculation and examination of the trip expenses. - Assist in fix-asset management jobs. - Assist in control and maintain the stock level of company gifts. - Preparation of cheque requisition for payment.
Finalities (Accountability) Support to the Office Manager and contact point in his/her absence.
