Job purpose工作目标
A Sales Executive is responsible for promoting financial and related products and services to individuals and businesses. They interact with customers, provide information and advice on financial products, and assist customers. They meet sales targets, achieve customer satisfaction, and contribute to the growth of the business.

Duties and responsibilities工作职责
Achieve sales targets and revenue goals set by the Company;

Accountable for new client acquisition.

Generate leads using various channels, professional networks and connecting with corporate clients.

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.

Handle and resolve customer queries, provide financial advisory and close deals.

Ensure customer profiling and categorize the customers.

Deal with corporate organizations, initiate tie-ups and promote financial products.

Achieve revenue and customer retention goals while increasing client profitability through relationship building, outstanding delivery, cross-selling, and referral development.

Coordinating and supporting communication plans for enhanced visibility and influence with targeted audiences;

Identify, negotiate and close new strategic business opportunities in the financial industry market;

Analyze business tactics, performance data, and sales strategies, market research data, and competitor products;

Liaise with other overseas branches for cross sale /synergy on the regional basis;
与其他海外分支机构联络,以实现区域交叉销售/协同效应;

Ensure quality new acquisition on relevant company for Resident/Non Resident accounts, Credit cards and other products through Referrals from cold calls in the catchment area;
通过在覆盖区域内的拜访推荐,确保相关公司居民/非居民账户、信用卡和其他产品的新客户质量;

Lead generation of customers and closure by tele calling, e-mailing and direct mailing, and tapping walk-ins wherever possible;

Generating leads for other products and passing for follow ups;

Ensure compliance with financial and banking regulations and procedures;

Keep updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors;
随时了解行业趋势、市场状况和竞争对手的最新情况;

Guide the team to achieve the designated sales and trading profit target; and work on ad-hoc projects as assigned;
指导团队实现指定的销售和交易利润目标;完成指定的临时项目;


Supervision监督
The Sales Executive will report directly to the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer.
销售专员将直接向首席销售营销官汇报工作。

Be in charge of maintaining relations with external customers and developing a solid network of strategic partnerships.
负责维护与外部客户的关系,发展稳固的战略合作伙伴网络。


Experience requirements经验要求
2-5 years of experience in Sales, Banking And Finance and customer management.
2-5 年销售、银行和金融以及客户管理经验。

Solid experience in fixed income rates and credits with related products onshore and offshore, and /derivatives products be advantage.
在固定收益利率、信贷及相关在岸和离岸产品以及衍生产品方面有丰富经验者优先。


Education requirements学历要求
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance or in relevant majors.
工商管理、金融或相关专业本科或以上学历。

Sales Expertise: Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, including digital marketing, event promotion, and revenue management. Highly self-motivated; ability to work individually within a team.

Communication Skills: Effective communication, both written and verbal, to engage with clients, team members, and partners.

Networking: Building and maintaining relationships with event planners, vendors, and partners is essential for business growth.

Analytical Skills: Using data and metrics to make informed decisions and track the success of marketing campaigns and sales efforts.

Industry Knowledge: Understanding the Banking and finance, international business industry, including competitors, trends, and customer preferences.

Language requirements
语言要求
Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English is a must. IELTS 6 is preferred.
必须具备出色的普通话和英语沟通能力。雅思成绩达到 6 分者优先。
