Responsibility Scope 责任范围
负责暖通空调系统、动物房、GMP车间、动力配电系统、照明系统、给排水系统、装饰装修、家具、仪器设备维修等相关工作。这些系统包括：补风机组、排风机、照明灯具、配电箱、动力开关及线路、给排水管路及配套材料、基础装修、巡视检查、记录、实验室家具维修等工作。
Special knowledge/Skill 特别知识或技能
3年以上空调及电气系统、仪器设备维修经验，熟练使用相关专业维修工具及仪器。有国家特殊行业操作证书如制冷设备维修证、高低压运行维修证，压力容器操作证等。具备基本的办公软件（Excel, Word.）使用技能。
Education / Experience 教育程度/ 经验
大专及以上学历，有3年以上暖通空调、机电装修、电气自动化、机械维修专业工作经验，在生物化工医药企业等行业工作经历3年以上。
