岗位职责：
1.0202020202Lead new product development project to achieve defined targets and benefits.
2.0202020202Drive business growth – strategize and steel the business diversity with optimal risk management, revenue, margin and market as the leader in respective project.
3.0202020202Manage project multi-disciplinary teams according to targets (time, technical, performance, cost, quality, etc.).
4.0202020202Organize project meetings to lead and control project activities according to WILO guideline.
5.0202020202Ability effectively to align all staff and stakeholders into One Team with one goal.
6.0202020202Coordinate sites (Local & Group) in following simultaneous engineering spirit. Share the targets and the way to proceed (work program) within the complete team. Support team members’ activities, Control project status, decide & arbitrate when necessary to achieve the given targets.
7.0202020202Report in front of senior leaders through KPI (key project indicators) calculations and risk management tools. Indicate to management when decisions/arbitrages are necessary at upper levels.
8.0202020202Participate to projects & products portfolios definitions and to the associated individual targets assignations.
9.0202020202Contribute to project guideline updates and project management excellence improvement
10.02Take part to budget calculations and support economical vision calculations.
11.02Drive product development and Project management process continuous improvement

1.0202020202Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering (or Economy) depending on project context (others possible).
2.02020202025-8 years R&D project management experience related to product development (Hardware or B2C/householder product )
3.0202020202Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
4.0202020202Willingness to travel.
5.0202020202Above 5 years’ experience in managing international projects.
6.0202020202Ability to work well in teams and independently.
7.0202020202Strong presentation skills.
8.02020202Agile project management (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe..) experience is required, PMP/PgMP will be plus..
