Day to Day Responsibilities: Equipment down time analysis and improvement. Daily troubleshooting and improvement to maximize equipment up-time. Perform the weekly and quarterly preventive maintenance system within the prescribed guidelines and maintain appropriate records. Develop kaizen improvement for safety, quality, cost. Perform spare parts management and in-coming quality control work. Conduct the technician cross training and the new come-in technician training. Conduct the PM training and certification for operators. Support & initiate shop floor equipment & tools improvement.
Education & Experience: Education: Junior College degree in Electrical or related engineering. Experience: 3yrs in electrical or control maintenance.
Required Skills: Background in electrical or automation control engineering. Familiar electrical drawing. Familiar with AB or Mitsubishi PLC application. Such as read ladder, search I/O etc. Familiar with electrical execution unit control component application, inverter, Servo Motor, sensor, signal transmitter maintenance and replacement etc. Equipment installation and maintenance experience. Understand Maintenance PM Principles and Customer Focus. LOTO understanding/practice and execution. Data acquisitions systems and sensors for monitoring temperature, force, voltage, current, etc Low voltage license is required.
Desired Skills: Familiar with PLC basic programming, AB or Mitsubishi. Familiar with Servers, SCADA, Network Switch. Experience in Robot Application (Fanuc robot) is plus. Understand equipment basic design, operation and maintenance knowledge.
Soft Skills: Results oriented, Schedule control, Improvement, Well communication. Skill in Excel, Office, power point, database. Strong ownership of achieving plant goal. Creative and with strong continuous improvement work characteristic. Work independently by him/herself and also work well within team group.
