Key Responsibilities 61 Overseeing Project Management delivery, processes, and operational and commercial models in Beijing for the client Account 61 Reporting on financial performance, identifying risk items and analysing KPI performance to identify any gaps in resource or capability at specific sites or countries 61 Builds strong relationships with customer and wider stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction with project delivery 61 Manages all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual FM projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout. 61 Responsible for billing (including documentation required for revenue recognition), accounts receivable (AR) collection. 61 Demonstrates capability to read, understand and apply standard to moderately complex documents affecting projects, including but not limited to: agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, specifications and drawings. 61 Interfaces directly with clients to define project requirements. Prepares scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification. 61 Identifies project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification process; conducts standard to complex request for proposals; completes bid analysis; leads evaluation interviews, recommends resources to clients. 61 Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources informed. Facilitates project meetings. 61 Implements project documentation governance aligned with company and Client requirements. 61 Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated. 61 Tracks progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. 61 Reports status and variances. Creates action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule. 61 Implements change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure client approvals, and issue change orders. Assesses change requests to determine impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk. 61 Demonstrates ability to identify complex project risks, lead construct ability reviews, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks. 61 Demonstrates a knowledge of projects & project management within the context of business results (business case, larger economic implications, business risk, etc). Ability to calculate complex figures. Ability to forecast and prepare budgets. 61 Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports. 61 Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Qualifications and Education: 61 Proven experience in all facets of project management for FM projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout. 61 Manage delivery of several projects at any one time through the project life cycle, e.g. programming, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. 61 Able to work autonomously on project matters but with a collaborative and occupier-focused approach to wider operations. 61 Proven industry experience and/or training. 61 Experience in delivering projects for clients within the manufacturing industry or at industrial locations 61 Bachelor degree or above, preferably in project management, energy or environmental engineering 61 Above 5 years project management experience, completion of a full sustainability project management preferred, completion of a full renovation and MEP project management independently preferred 61 With English writing & reading,listening & speaking experience is preferred 61 PMP certification preferred
