A. Lead service sales team to achieve sales target in profit plan, to meet sales growth B. Identify the target areas and key customer list which is fit to our expectation, as well as build the growth initiatives in yearly PP plan C. Working with commercial marketing to establish the growth strategy and sales direction D. Build strong relations with distributors and end customers, to development long term relationship with key distributors, and key customers E. Working with sales force to build the solid pipeline and build up the regular review mechanism F. Gathering, analyzing and regularly sharing the market information, news and trends with sales force G. Leveraging the resource with cross BU to achievement more opportunity
Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree and above, major in electrical engineering or relevant field is prefer * At least 10 years sales experience in electrical field * Good understanding of Power Quality (UPS) industry * Good business acumen and can find good business opportunity * Strong interpersonal and communication skill, good teamwork spirit, self-motive, goal-oriented and energetic * Willing to work hard and face challenge * English skill02is preferred
