Your role and responsibilities Mission Statement: Responsible for sales of products/systems/services in the industry market, establish long-term customer relationships, identify and explore sales opportunities, be familiar with framework bidding for industrial projects in the petrochemical industry, chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, and other industries, especially for digital solutions within the industry. Main Accountabilities: 1. Volume Sells products/systems/services to customers, achieving business targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups. 2. Customer relations Establish and maintain effective customer relationships, understand customer needs, actively promote solutions for the entire product line/system/service sales to customers, especially digital overall solutions within the industry, and ensure a good customer experience. 3. New market opportunities Identify and drive new market opportunities, identify digital sales opportunities, and promote digital solutions to customers. 4. Administration Manages administrative procedures in sales processes , and supports collection and project management activities when needed. Qualifications for the role Requirements: - College diploma, bachelor's or master's degree, majoring in science and engineering (electrical automation is preferred); - Having more than five years of relevant industry or job experience, strong sales ability, experience in framework bidding and digital project in the low-voltage cabinet industry, and relevant knowledge; - Passionate about sales work. - Strong learning ability; customer-oriented; Strong sense of responsibility and emphasis on personal integrity; - Result driven; Strong interpersonal and communication skills, be good at team work.
