岗位目的:
该职位的重点是了解中国客户的需求,识别、开发和执行市场营销策略、活动和活动,以支持和加强我们的品牌。帮助推动收入,提高客户价值和满意度,以实现全球和市场层面的既定目标和目标。
This role focuses on understanding Chinese customers and the identification, development and execution of Marketing strategies, campaigns and activities that support and strengthen our brand, will help to support the drive for revenue and increase customer value and satisfaction in order to meet agreed targets and objectives at both a global and market level.


工作职责:
61 制定和实施银行的整体营销策略,努力提升企业品牌。
61 开展对中国的市场调研,了解中国客户的需求及投资计划,制定市场营销计划,跟踪行业动态,总结市场调研数据,形成结论或报告。
61 管理营销计划、预算、指标和报告的各个方面,包括与各业务线的会议,以确保营销计划与增长和盈利目标保持同步。
61 推广并使用各种营销渠道(销售文件、产品视频、网站、文章),通过内容创作和营销资源的使用来推广银行产品。
61 了解竞争对手的创意定位,从而制定出比竞争对手更具差异化和吸引力的创意定位。
61 实施后,从数据、一线和客户反馈中评估结果,以了解有效性和未来改进的机会。
61 根据目标细分市场和中国市场跟踪和分析活动表现,根据需要调整策略以达到KPI和ROI目标。
61 Develop and implement the bank’s overall marketing strategy and efforts to enhance corporate branding.
61 Manage all aspects of marketing planning, budgeting, metrics and reporting including meeting with each business line to ensure marketing plans are in lockstep with growth and profitability goals.
61 Create marketing plans (sales documents, product videos, website copies, blog posts) to promote banking products through content creation and use of marketing resources.
61 Understand competitor creative positioning to develop a creative positioning that is differentiated and more attractive than competitors.
61 Lead Chinese market research related to marketing plans, track industry dynamics, summarize market research data and form conclusions or reports.
61 Post implementation, review results from data, frontline and client feedback to understand effectiveness and future enhancement opportunity.
61 Track and analyze campaign performance based on target segment and Chinese market, adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs and ROI goals.


任职资格要求:
61 5年以上市场营销工作经验,在命题设计、洞察、数字和营销策略方面有较强的能力和经验。
61 对金融行业和中国消费者行为有良好的了解,能够以客户为中心;注重实效;在最后期限内交付的能力。
61 出色的营销策划和执行能力;将商业策略转化为市场计划的能力。
61 市场营销或相关专业本科以上学历。
61 沟通技巧:有效的书面和口头沟通,在内部和外部组织之间有效工作的能力。
61 团队合作能力:在复杂的,国际化的,时间紧迫的项目中跨团队工作的经验。
61 分析能力:深入了解目标受众客户需求,痛点,反对意见,以便有足够的洞察力来创造有意义的影响创意方向。
61 行业洞察力:了解金融行业的商业模式,包括银行业务和国际业务。
61 具备良好的中英文沟通能力。雅思6分及以上优先。
61 Around 5 years of experience in Marketing area, strong competency and experience in proposition design, insights, digital and marketing strategy.
61 Good understanding of the financial industry and Chinese consumer behavior, abilities to be customer-focused; results-oriented; ability to deliver within deadlines.
61 Exceptional marketing planning and execution skills; ability to translate business strategy into go to-market plans.
61 Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing or in relevant majors.
61 Communication Skills: Effective communication, both written and verbal, the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
61 Team Working Skills: Proven experience working on complex, international, time critical projects across different teams.
61 Analytical Skills: Deep understanding of target audience client needs, pain points, objections in order to have sufficient insight to create meaningful impact creative direction.
61 Industry insight: Understanding the business models of financial industry including Banking and international business.
61 Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English are a must. IELTS 6 or above is preferred.
