In this role, you will: · Responsible for the team’s operational work, incl. organizing meeting/TB, expense reimbursement, PWP’s check-on work attendance, tacking of PWP’s acquisition of fund licenses, etc. · Support FM to arrange joint meetings, take minutes and consolidate information for FMs. Work closely with other functions incl. DS/Training/Event to provide support from frontline’s side where required. · Assist FM on administration tasks of PWP management, such as compile sales activities & performance MI of PWP, keep track of paperwork completion status (such as PIP and Probation documents), as well as summary of outstanding training courses of PWP. Qualifications - External To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements: · Over 2 years work experience · Good excel skill with business acumen.
