Job Responsibilities:
- Learn and master the company's core technology and product, provide technical support for customers and distributors, including technical explanations, training, (answering questions, solving problems), etc. according to the technical process and specifications of the company's headquarters;
- Provide on-site technical support for customers in the responsible area to ensure the success rate of the Demo;
- Summarize product and application experience, and cooperate with the local sales team to carry out targeted technical presentations to key account, so as to enhance the core competitiveness of Miltenyi products in the customer base;
- Cooperate with the headquarters to update training materials in a timely manner, and provide complete training tools for internal sales and distributors;
- Cooperate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide customers with continuous, satisfactory and timely technical support;
- Other affairs arranged by the company due to business needs.
Job Requirements:
- Have 1-2 years of work experience in the field of life sciences, or have experience in serving scientific research customers with outstanding performance;
- Master's degree or above, major in biology (molecular biology, cell biology, immunology, etc.) or medical related majors, experience in cell culture and flow operation is preferred;
- Good level of English, fluent in English reading and translation of scientific and technological documents, good oral skills;
- Proficiency in Office software.
